- Email any requested documents in pdf format.
- Please save each document with all its pages to one pdf . - Label each pdf with your last name and the name of the document type. Example: Smith-Mortgage Statement.pdf
- Drag and drop or attach all requested documents to an email.
- Please place your full name in the subject line.
